If I use the 'Detailed search' to find a member in a certain city, I get no result. Why is that?
Please remember that there are many possible variations to write the name of a city in different languages, like 'Moskau' and 'Moskow'. We are trying to provide a technical solution, but this still takes some time.
I cannot search a member by name. How is this?
Thats right, but you can use the User ID to find a specific profile. The User ID is unique and is always shown in every profile. Our server generates it using a few characters from the first name and 4 digits.
